New expertise for the PrimeSoft management team
PrimeSoft, a leading provider of custom software development and Microsoft Office template software based in Eschlikon, Baar (Switzerland) and Munich (Germany) has added two new members to its Executive Board effective October 1, 2022.
Michael Sieber will take over as Head of Sales and Marketing for Switzerland and Germany from Martin Vogt, who as Group CEO has led the sales team on an interim basis since the beginning of 2022 and can thus focus fully on his role as CEO again. For the last five years, Michael Sieber was Head of Sales & Marketing and a member of the Executive Board at QuoVadis Trustlink Schweiz AG, and previously held various sales management positions at Publicitas, among others. Due to his past professional positions as well as his master’s degree in digital transformation, Michael Sieber adds a strong ICT expertise and experience to the PrimeSoft management team.
Bettina Mueller, as the new CFO, has more than 16 years of experience in managing finance and accounting, human resources, ICT and administration, and as a member of the Executive Board, including ten years at Perspektive Thurgau and four years at Axpo Kompogas AG. She replaces Juerg Geiser, who will thus again focus on his function as Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Foundation laid for further growth
PrimeSoft’s expanded Group Management presents itself as a strong, dynamic team: Martin Vogt (CEO), Bettina Mueller (CFO), Michael Sieber (CSO), Rebekka Haas (Head of Services) and David Flury (Head of Engineering). “With this important expansion, we have laid the foundation for further growth in Switzerland and Germany. Together with my colleagues, I am looking forward to sustainably expanding PrimeSoft’s leading position in the template software and software development environment in the coming years,” confirms CEO Martin Vogt.
The PrimeSoft group of companies was formed in the spring of 2022 from the merger of the companies Sevitec, ZigWare and OneOffixx and specializes in software development, template software and training based on Microsoft technologies.
