New structures for proven solutions: For many years, PrimeGroup AG has focused its IT business on its core competencies of cloud software development, document templates for Microsoft Office, templates, and document automation.
PrimeSoft: All brands and companies under one roof
The three companies Sevitec Informatik AG, ZigWare GmbH, and PrimeDocs GmbH were transferred in full by their previous owners to the PrimeSoft Group, which was founded for this purpose, with retroactive effect from January 1, 2020. The PrimeSoft Group employs around 40 highly qualified staff at its headquarters in the canton of Thurgau and its two branches in the canton of Zug and Munich. Martin Vogt was appointed as the new CEO. He has big plans for growth.
The newly founded group combines the experience of three times twenty years of success under one roof. ZigWare GmbH and Sevitec Informatik AG have already implemented joint projects in the past. As leading companies in the fields of template management and automated document creation, their tools complement each other perfectly and, by combining their strengths, enable the exploitation of valuable synergies.
Today, 600,000 users from all over the world already rely on the established template software products every day. Customers include AXA, Swiss Re, LafargeHolcim, several banks, cantonal and municipal administrations, numerous SMEs, and many more.
Market launch of new cloud products
In the fourth quarter of 2020, PrimeSoft Group will launch additional cloud products for automated document creation with Microsoft 365. These guarantee all customers up-to-date and brand-compliant business documents that can be created more quickly, thereby helping to increase productivity.
In addition, Sevitec Informatik AG is active in the field of Microsoft-based software engineering and the development of Azure cloud solutions. Its clients in this area include industrial companies and IT service providers.
On course for growth with new CEO
In June 2020, Martin Vogt took up his new position as CEO of the PrimeSoft Group. Prior to this, he enjoyed more than 13 years of great success at Somnitec AG (formerly vonRoll itec AG) as CEO and, for the last three years, also as Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Martin Vogt is a highly experienced professional with in-depth knowledge of digital transformation and cloud projects at both the strategic and operational levels. «My work is guided by the needs of our customers, the development and marketing of forward-looking cloud solutions in promising markets, and the satisfaction of motivated employees», says Martin Vogt, adding: «Profitable growth and happy customers are our declared goals.»
