PrimeSoft developed the Unified Configuration Platform (EPP), which consolidates data, automatically creates documents, and displays changes transparently.

Initial situation
Thales supplies highly complex safety systems for rail transport, including electronic signal boxes and ETCS solutions. Previously, project planning required data from different environments to be processed manually and documents to be created in numerous individual steps - a time-consuming and error-prone process.
The goal was to create a platform that centrally manages project planning data, automatically generates documents, and easily displays version changes.

Solution description
PrimeSoft implemented the EPP based on the Thales concept in several phases. The platform enables the import of project data from backup systems, central management and the automatic generation of documents such as construction documents and work test documents. Changes between versions are clearly displayed.
The solution is modularly expandable, allowing additional process steps to be integrated in the future. PrimeSoft is supporting further expansion as a reliable development partner.

The implementation was carried out in close cooperation with Thales and under challenging conditions. PrimeSoft delivered a scalable solution that significantly simplifies the project planning process and improves the quality of documentation.
