Michael Sieber and Bettina Müller have joined the management team at PrimeSoft. Michael Sieber is responsible for sales and marketing as CMO & CSO, while Bettina Müller takes over as CFO, heading up finance, HR, and administration.
New expertise for PrimeSoft management
PrimeSoft, a leading provider of custom software development and Microsoft Office template software based in Eschlikon, Baar (Switzerland) and Munich (Germany), has expanded its management team by two members as of October 1, 2022.
Michael Sieber takes over the management of sales and marketing for Switzerland and Germany from Martin Vogt, who has been leading the sales team on an interim basis as Group CEO since the beginning of 2022 and can now focus fully on his role as CEO again. For the past five years, Michael Sieber has been Head of Sales & Marketing and a member of the management board at QuoVadis Trustlink Schweiz AG, having previously held various sales management positions at Publicitas, among others. Thanks to his previous professional experience and his master's degree in digital transformation, Michael Sieber brings with him strong ICT expertise and experience.
Bettina Müller, as the new CFO, brings over 16 years of experience in finance and accounting, human resources, ICT, and administration, and as a member of the Executive Board. Among other things, she worked for ten years at Perspektive Thurgau and four years at Axpo Kompogas AG. She replaces Jürg Geiser, who will now focus again on his role as Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Foundation laid for further growth
PrimeSoft's expanded management team is a strong, dynamic group: Martin Vogt (CEO), Bettina Müller (CFO), Michael Sieber (CMO & CSO), Rebekka Haas (Head of Services), and David Flury (Head of Engineering). «With this important expansion, we have laid the foundation for further growth in Switzerland and Germany. The PrimeSoft Group was formed in spring 2022 from the merger of Sevitec, ZigWare, and OneOffixx and specializes in software development, template software and training based on Microsoft technologies. Its product range includes primedocs, OneOffixx, Brandic and Brandic 365, which are used by 600,000 users worldwide. The company employs around 40 people at three locations in Switzerland (Eschlikon and Baar) and Germany (Munich).
