Flexible working hours
Thanks to flexitime, your job fits your life - not the other way around.
Homeoffice
Wednesday is our shared office day. On the other days, you can work from home up to four days a week - but you are of course welcome to come into the office more often.
Workation
In addition to flexible home office options, you have the option of combining work and vacation as part of a workation.
Purchase of holidays
Purchase additional vacation days and enjoy more flexibility for short breaks or extended weekends. The corresponding deduction will be made from your salary in the following month.
Family-Time

Brief get to know

In an approximately 20-minute online conversation via Teams, you will get to know your potential supervisor in an informal exchange.

Initial interview with HR & supervisor

The initial interview also takes place online via Teams. In addition to your potential supervisor, the HR department will also be involved. Here we go into more detail, discuss your experience and answer your questions.

Second interview on site

With us, you're not just a number: the management team and your supervisor want to get to know you personally. This gives you the opportunity to get a feel for us in person.

Work placement

If it's a good fit for both sides, we'll invite you to come and try it out. This will give you the opportunity to get to know the whole team, our projects and how we work. Together, we'll make sure it's really the right match.

Since 1999, we have been successfully training apprentices to become IT specialists in the field of application development, many of whom have achieved top marks in their final exams. With us, you have the opportunity to get a taste of real programming early on and find out whether the world of software development is right for you. The offer is primarily aimed at students from the Winterthur, Südthurgau, and Fürstenland regions (max. approx. 30 min. travel time by public transport).
