Swisscom offers comprehensive telecommunications and ICT services for private and business customers. The Customer Interaction Management department develops and operates manufacturer-independent contact center solutions.
Until 2006, software development was based on sketches without a clear development process. This led to a lack of life cycle assurance and insufficient third-level support. With growing volumes, professional service was no longer possible everywhere.
