Sevitec Informatik and ZigWare will operate under the unified PrimeSoft umbrella brand from May 2022. This marks the end of a two-year integration phase for the PrimeSoft Group, which has locations in Switzerland and Germany.
PrimeSoft as an umbrella brand
Under the leadership of Martin Vogt, Group CEO, the PrimeSoft Group has been working intensively on a common organization and culture since 2020. Project implementation and customer support are now carried out by cross-company and cross-country teams of employees. The simplified structure and focus on the umbrella brand enable the PrimeSoft Group to streamline its processes and strengthen its market presence. This is particularly important in the highly competitive labor market.
The two company founders, Robert Schreyer (ZigWare) and Jürg Geiser (Sevitec), initiated and supported this dynamic development of the company on the PrimeSoft Board of Directors.
Growth and continuity for the future
«The excellent consolidated financial statements for 2021 show that we are on the right track», says CEO Martin Vogt. To support sustainable growth, PrimeSoft is strengthening its management team and is currently recruiting a Head of Sales & Marketing and a Head of Finance & Administration.
The established template software products will continue to be offered. PrimeSoft will also continue to pursue and expand its successful strategy in its existing business areas of template software, document automation and software engineering. Continuity in management and shareholding is considered an important factor in the company's success.
