Initial situation
SAK is a leading regional service provider for networks and energy in the cantons of St. Gallen and Appenzell. SAKnet is creating an open fiber optic network for private and business customers.
To operate and expand the network, data such as connection availability and fault reports must be exchanged between SAK and various partners. Until now, this process has been complex and time-consuming.
The goal was to find a solution that automates data exchange, is flexibly expandable, and enables efficient ticket handling.

Solution description
OneConnexx allows any data to be exchanged, logged, and archived via various interfaces. The solution automatically recognizes new files, sends situation-specific emails, and can be adapted to specific requirements using lean add-ins.
To support monitoring, PrimeSoft developed a graphical cockpit that provides specialist departments with transparency over all exchanged data and enables easy processing.
