Quality does not happen by chance. It is based on clear processes, defined standards and a commitment to continuously reviewing and improving existing workflows. We are therefore all the more pleased that PrimeSoft has successfully completed its ISO 9001 recertification in 2026. This once again confirms that our quality management system meets the internationally recognised ISO 9001 standard.
The PrimeSoft Group’s quality management system was first certified according to ISO 9001:2015 in 2023. The scope includes, among other areas, customised software development and template software, as well as related services based on Microsoft technologies.
What does ISO 9001 mean?
ISO 9001 is an internationally recognised standard for quality management systems. It focuses on structured processes, clearly defined responsibilities and continuous improvement within an organisation. Customer focus also plays a central role. These principles are also part of PrimeSoft’s internal ISO training.
For us, this means that quality should not only be an aspiration, but should also be reflected in our daily processes and in the way we work with our customers.
What does the certification mean for our customers?
The successful recertification confirms that we are on the right track and provides a reliable foundation for collaboration:
-
Reliable processes: Clear standards and defined workflows ensure that quality is systematically embedded in our operations.
-
Continuous improvement: Processes are regularly reviewed and further developed.
-
Efficient collaboration: Structured internal processes support professional and smooth project delivery.
-
Consistent customer focus: Our customers’ requirements and needs are an important part of our quality management.
We therefore do not view ISO certification as a one-time achievement, but as an ongoing process and a commitment to continuously improving the way we work.
Quality in everyday work
Our commitment to quality is also reflected in how we develop and deploy our solutions. With primedocs, we help companies and public administrations make their document creation processes more efficient and consistent.
The template management software is directly integrated into Microsoft 365 and can be used in Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams and SharePoint, among other applications. This helps simplify recurring document creation tasks and enables centrally managed templates and corporate design guidelines to be used in everyday work.
